Salary – National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from £52,400 to £71,200 and London £57,700 to £78,300 pro rata (salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

The Infrastructure Product Group (IPG) is the team responsible for the management and delivery of new services into the FCA AWS Cloud Datacentre. It is a high performing DevSecOps function running in an agile way. IPG sits within the Technology department in a multi-product group landscape – working collaboratively to enable and support business demand.
What will you be doing?
- Lead cloud project delivery by guiding teams through end-to-end execution—balancing timelines, budgets, and quality with a collaborative mindset
- Co-create project goals with stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and shared ownership from initiation through completion
- Drive structured planning and risk management, tracking progress and addressing challenges early to keep projects on course
- Support and coordinate cross-functional teams, enabling engineers, developers, and operations staff to deliver seamless cloud solutions
- Enhance our Amazon Cloud platform, focusing on performance, resilience, and security while identifying opportunities for innovation
- Embed reliability and learning, applying SRE practices, refining SLAs/SLOs, and documenting improvements to strengthen service delivery

Minimum
- Prior experience working with cloud technologies such as AWS, contributing to stable, secure, and scalable environments
- Prior experience applying software development life cycle methodologies—such as Agile, Waterfall, and DevSecOps—in collaborative, outcome-focused settings
- Prior experience managing complex projects to deliver technology change, including cloud-hosted digital product development, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and quality assurance
Essential
- Proven ability to communicate clearly, build strong relationships, and lead with empathy and confidence
- Skilled in motivating and empowering technical teams to achieve shared goals
- Solutions-focused with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
