About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Support Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to support, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud-based infrastructure and services. You will play a key role in maintaining system availability, resolving incidents, and supporting cloud operations across production environments.

This role is ideal for professionals with solid cloud fundamentals who want to deepen their experience in cloud support and operations.

Key Responsibilities

Provide operational support for cloud infrastructure and services
Monitor cloud environments to ensure availability and performance
Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related incidents and service issues
Support virtual machines, storage, networking, and identity services
Work with ticketing systems to track incidents and requests
Escalate complex issues to cloud engineering or DevOps teams
Support patching, upgrades, and routine maintenance activities
Follow cloud security best practices and operational procedures
Maintain documentation and operational runbooks

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of experience in cloud support, cloud operations, or infrastructure roles
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
Strong understanding of cloud compute, storage, and networking concepts
Experience supporting Windows and/or Linux systems in cloud environments
Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools
Basic knowledge of networking (DNS, VPN, firewalls)
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills

Preferred (Not Mandatory)

Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP – Associate level or equivalent)
Experience with scripting or automation (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines or DevOps practices
Familiarity with container technologies
Experience supporting production or enterprise cloud environments
