Role: Cloud Support Engineer (Azure)

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

I’m looking for a hands-on Project Delivery Engineer to join a growing Professional Services team. In this role, you'll lead the technical delivery of cloud and workplace projects, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, security, governance, and automation.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver secure, scalable MSP projects from design to implementation and handover.
• Build and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Implement Intune for device and compliance management.
• Support workflow automation (e.g., Power Automate, Logic Apps).
• Produce documentation and provide training as needed.

About You:

Solid experience in Microsoft cloud technologies (Azure, M365, Intune), strong problem-solving skills, and thrive in fast-paced MSP settings. You’re comfortable working across multiple clients and adapting to new technologies quickly.

Required Skills:

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, compliance)
• Azure (VMs, networking, Azure AD, security)
• Microsoft Intune
• Experience delivering MSP projects
• Strong documentation and communication skills

Desirable:

• Power Automate, Logic Apps, PowerShell
• Familiarity with AI and prompt engineering
• Microsoft certifications
