Clozapine Mental Health Nurse to join our innovative and supportive tri-borough Clozapine Service, covering
Ealing, Hammersmith, and Hounslow occasionally.
About The Role
As a key member of the Clozapine Service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and physical health monitoring for patients prescribed clozapine—both in the community and inpatient settings. You'll help coordinate and lead clozapine clinics, liaising closely with patients, carers, community teams, GPs, inpatient units, and Consultant Psychiatrists.
What You’ll Do
✅ Monitor patients’ mental and physical health
✅ Coordinate and support the running of clozapine clinics
✅ Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care
✅ Deliver a broad range of physical health checks and interventions
✅ Support service development alongside the Clozapine Team Manager and
