Cluster Sales Coordinator

Under the direction of the Director of Revenue and Director of Events, you will quote and process all group reservation enquiries, taking advantage of every sales opportunity to maximise both occupancy and room rate. As Cluster Sales Coordinator, you will deal with group organisers’ requests in a timely and professional manner, finding operational solutions to all guest challenges ensuring that the Hotel’s reputation is intact, the company values are adhered to. You will take care of all group requests both pre arrival, post arrival and post departure during their stay at The Marylebone, The Kensington and The Bloomsbury.

Role Responsibilities

• You will support Groups, Meetings & Events department by handling rooms only requests
• You will ensure efficiency through accurate correspondence, effective filing and overall organization ensuring that all enquiries are responded to within 24 hours
• Prepare and send proposals
• Prepare and send contracts
• Support event planning function by loading and maintaining rooming lists
• You will gather and update group information on Opera block and activities
• Utilise Opera activities efficiently and complete daily activities
• Collect due deposits whilst adhering to company’s billing standards and PCI compliance
• Gather, prepare and complete group check lists for all group stays in line with group information distribution timelines. To ensure the communication and dissemination of information to the various operations and support departments is timely, accurate and well orchestrated.
