We’re seeking a passionate and proactive leader who is
- ✅ Qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or currently working towards it)
- ✅ A driver with access to a vehicle - essential for travel between services
- ✅ Experienced in a supervisory or senior support role
- ✅ Skilled in safeguarding, medication management, and person-centred care
- ✅ Confident in team leadership, communication, and service delivery
- ✅ Committed to empowering individuals and supporting independence
🕊️ A Day in the Life of a Cluster Team Leader
As a Cluster Team Leader, you’ll be hands-on and lead from the front. Your role will include
- 🌱 Mentoring, supervising, and supporting your team to thrive
- 🧠 Coordinating rotas and daily operations with care and precision
- 🤝 Leading team meetings and contributing to individualised support plans
- 🏡 Helping individuals build life skills and engage with their community
- 🔐 Ensuring robust safeguarding, medication, and compliance procedures
- 🩺 Conducting audits and promoting high standards in health and safety
- ✨ Providing direct support when needed — leading by example
