Cluster Team Manager to lead and inspire our dedicated teams.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing
As a
Cluster Team Manager, you will
- Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers
- Deliver person-centred care with dignity and respect
- Work closely with the Area Registered Manager to coach and support staff
- Ensure smooth service delivery through high standards and strong leadership
- Spend at least 1 day per week directly supporting individuals
- Work flexibly on a rota basis, including some evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and Autism
- Knowledge of Positive Behaviour Support Plans
- A strong role model with excellent communication and IT skills
- A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Adult Care (or willingness to achieve within 18 months)
- Full UK driving licence - essential
