Job Title: CNC Online Programmer/Operator

Location: Banbury Area (Commutable from Oxfordshire, Northamptonshire, Warwickshire)

Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum + benefits

A high-performance engineering business is seeking an experienced CNC Online Programmer/Operator to support advanced machining projects in motorsport and composite manufacturing. This is an opportunity to work in a precision-driven team producing high-spec components for demanding industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program, set, and operate 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machines
• Create and adjust CNC programs directly at the machine using Fanuc controls
• Read and work from complex engineering drawings and CAD/CAM data
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality while meeting production targets
• Support continuous improvement of machining methods, tooling, and processes

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in CNC online programming and operation
• Strong working knowledge of Fanuc control systems
• Skilled in both 3-axis and 5-axis CNC machining
• Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings
• Background in motorsport, automotive, or aerospace preferred
• Experience with Fusion 360 is a plus but not required
