Purpose of the role & how you will contribute:
You’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative, financial, and support systems for the LAS team. From managing filing systems and booking training to liaising with NFU Panel firms and supporting the Chief Lawyer with reporting and budgets, you’ll help maintain efficient processes that underpin the success of the scheme. Your work will ensure the team delivers a first-class service to members and stakeholders.
What you’ll bring:
You’ll bring strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to improving systems and processes. With experience in administrative or secretarial roles, you’ll be confident managing a varied workload and meeting strict deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with proficiency in Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel. A collaborative attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure will help you thrive in this role. Flexibility for occasional extra hours are also required.
