Job Title: Collateral Management / Portfolio Reconciliation Analyst
Location: Harbour Exchange, London (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days in office)
Contract: Until 30/09/2025 – with strong likelihood of extension
Rate: £230 per day PAYE

Overview
A well-regarded bank is seeking a Collateral Management & Portfolio Reconciliation Analyst to join its Derivative Operations team in London. The role supports regulatory compliance under EMIR and manages daily margining processes.
Responsibilities
- Process CSA and GMRA margin calls and interest calculations
- Administer portfolio reconciliations and resolve disputes
- Manage stakeholder communication with Treasury, Risk, Legal, and Ops
- Monitor EMIR-related obligations including collateralisation and dispute resolution
- Conduct UAT and assist in testing for system enhancements
- Review and suggest improvements to operational procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in collateral management, reconciliations, or margining
- Familiarity with CSA/GMRA, ISDA documentation, and EMIR
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with UAT
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
