Hours of Work: Full-Time
As a College Services Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the College Services Team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional support throughout the student life cycle. Collaborating closely with the Manager of College Services, you will contribute significantly to creating an outstanding experience for our undergraduate and postgraduate students. You will oversee the administration of student fee payments, work closely with stakeholders to meet various needs, and help implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall student experience. Your proactive approach and high standards of accuracy will be key to thriving in this role.
College Services Coordinator Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in a Higher Education or related sector
- Strong customer service and administrative skills
- Comprehensive knowledge of the student life cycle
- Experience in handling student financial accounts
