Role Description
We are looking for a Colour / DI Assistant to join our Picture Post team. This is a hands-on role supporting different stages of the post-production process working closely with our colourists and online editors to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of high-end content for theatrical and streaming platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Picture team across colour grading, conform, and mastering workflows
- Manage digital assets, ensuring accurate labelling, organisation, and secure storage
- Oversee data transfers, backups, and archiving to maintain project integrity
- Perform simple colour adjustments, shot matching, and LUT application under guidance of senior colourists
- Handle VFX pull workflows and support VFX reviews/screenings as required
- Conduct technical QC of deliverables to ensure compliance with delivery specs
- Provide technical support for client-attended sessions, including room setups and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with editorial, sound, and VFX departments to maintain an efficient, integrated post workflow
- Prepare deliverables for final output
- Maintain documentation of workflows and procedures
- Stay up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging post-production techniques
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a DI or post-production facility
- Strong knowledge of DaVinci Resolve
- Solid understanding of colour pipelines (including ACES)
- Familiarity with Theatrical and HDR workflows
- Experience with long-form projects (feature film, scripted TV, etc.)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Passion for film and the post-production craft
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and team-first attitude
