About The Role
As a Commerce Consultant, you will play a key role in shaping and delivering innovative Commerce solutions that enhance cart conversion, personalization, and digital experience. You will work closely with clients to assess their commerce technology needs, recommend best-fit solutions, and support the implementation of cutting-edge Commerce platforms.
Responsibilities
Client Requirements & Evaluation: Assist in gathering and analysing client requirements to identify suitable Commerce technology solutions.
Solution Blueprint Development: Contribute to the creation of technical solution blueprints that address client needs while aligning with industry best practices.
Implementation Support: Assist in the deployment and integration of commerce technology systems, ensuring smooth connectivity between product catalogue, commerce, payment and order management platforms.
Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional technical teams to ensure effective project execution and alignment with client goals.
Project Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of requirements, design decisions, and implementation processes.
Industry Insight: Stay updated on emerging Commerce trends and technologies and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
Skills And Experience
Multiple years of experience in Commerce technology, digital transformation, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with one or more leading Commerce platforms (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, Commercetools etc.).
Understanding of commerce data models, customer journey mapping, and digital order execution.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience in sales channel optimization (D2C, B2B, Marketplace)
Experience in working within Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Adhere to strategic direction set by Key Leads.
Bonus Points
Certification in a Commerce platform (e.g., Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Adobe Commerce, SAP Commerce, Commercetools etc.).
Experience in large scale digital commerce transformation projects.
Consulting or agency background with a track record of delivering Commerce project
