We are a thriving, client-focused insurance brokerage located just minutes from Victoria Station, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to support our continued growth.

About The Role

You will work closely with our two Directors, managing and servicing a high-quality portfolio of clients across:

• Property Owners Insurance – Commercial & Residential
• Pharmacy Scheme Clients
• Hotels, Restaurants, and Hospitality Businesses
  
  

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role where your expertise and initiative will be truly valued. Some key responsibilities will include:

• Deliver exceptional service to the Directors’ clients
• Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business
• Maintain accurate records using Acturis
• Liaise with our panel of insurers to secure the most suitable cover and competitive rates for clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurers
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Acturis experience is essential
• Strong background in commercial insurance, particularly property owners
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A proactive, client-first mindset
• A second language is desirable but not essential. Many of our clients come from diverse cultural backgrounds, including a significant number of Asian-owned businesses, so multilingual skills are a valuable asset
  
  

Working Pattern

• Hybrid working: 2–3 days in the Westminster office following a 3-month training period
• Office conveniently located near Victoria Station
