Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Ad Product Specialist to lead the delivery and optimisation of our core advertising products across multiple digital platforms. This is a contract-to-permanent opportunity, ideal for an experienced ad product professional with a passion for media, digital advertising innovation, and cross-functional delivery.

You’ll drive critical product initiatives that directly impact monetisation, including MAX ad product strategy and delivery in the UK and Internationally, ad policy governance, OMS deployment, and regulatory readiness (e.g., Clearcast enablement for UK DAI). Working closely with sales teams, product managers, ad operations, and vendors, you'll ensure projects are executed with clarity, accountability, and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery and go-to-market of ad product initiatives
• Define, document, and manage ad product requirements with internal stakeholders (sales, commercial ad technology and ad operations)
• Own the ad product and policy review process, ensuring alignment across platforms and regions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess feasibility, define scope, manage dependencies, and deliver on timelines
• Monitor product performance and adoption, providing ongoing recommendations for optimisation
• Act as the subject matter expert for commercial ad product strategy and roadmap execution

Requirements

• 7+ years’ experience in digital advertising product management or commercial media roles
• Strong understanding of digital video ad delivery and monetisation models
• Hands-on experience delivering cross-platform ad products in broadcast, OTT, or streaming environments
• An expert in CRM and OMS systems including Salesforce and Cloudsense
• Familiarity with ad servers and programmatic partners including FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager, Magnite, The Trade Desk and other major ad tech platforms
• Working knowledge of regulatory advertising requirements, ideally including Clearcast
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to translate commercial goals into executable technical requirements

Desirable

• Prior experience with ad products for subscription-based services or hybrid AVOD/SVOD platforms
• Experience working with international teams and navigating multi-market delivery
• Strong project management background (Agile, Kanban, Jira, etc.)
