What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Commercial Support
- Run contract cost reports from accounting software.
- Assist Commercial Leads during month-end to ensure accurate accruals and timely job billing.
- Collate and prepare customer invoices.
Data Collection & Reporting
- Gather and input data for contract performance and waste management tools.
- Chase subcontractor applications and support general commercial administration.
Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ)
- Ensure compliance with all BB and client HSEA policies.
- Support the contract team with HSEQ reporting requirements.

Essential
What We’re Looking For
- Confident user of IT systems including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
- Good business acumen and ability to manage software tools effectively.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
Desirable
- Experience with Oracle R12, COINS, or SAP.
- Familiarity with Office 365 and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Previous experience in the construction industry.
