About The Role

As a Commercial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Commercial Team through effective administration, documentation management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team and help ensure smooth and efficient commercial operations.

You will be required to attend our Support Office 3 days a week.

What will you be doing?

Administrative Support

  • Maintain filing and data systems for tenders, contracts, frameworks, and reports
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for commercial meetings
  • Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support day-to-day scheduling
  • Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, contracts, and SLAs

Data Management and Reporting

  • Maintain commercial databases and performance trackers
  • Compile and submit performance reports as required
  • Support invoicing and revenue tracking in collaboration with the Finance team

Stakeholder Communication

  • Liaise with suppliers, clients, and commissioners regarding contract documentation
  • Respond to queries professionally and promptly
  • Assist with onboarding new commercial partners

Compliance and Document Control

  • Ensure documentation complies with internal policies and audit requirements
  • Help review and update commercial policies and procedures
  • Track contract expiry dates and renewal needs

What we need from you:

  • Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a commercial or business support environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working with databases/spreadsheets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines
