About The Role
As a
Commercial Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Commercial Team through effective administration, documentation management, and communication with internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-performing team and help ensure smooth and efficient commercial operations.
You will be required to attend our
Support Office 3 days a week.
What will you be doing?
Administrative Support
- Maintain filing and data systems for tenders, contracts, frameworks, and reports
- Prepare documents, presentations, and reports for commercial meetings
- Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and support day-to-day scheduling
- Assist with the preparation and submission of tenders, proposals, contracts, and SLAs
Data Management and Reporting
- Maintain commercial databases and performance trackers
- Compile and submit performance reports as required
- Support invoicing and revenue tracking in collaboration with the Finance team
Stakeholder Communication
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and commissioners regarding contract documentation
- Respond to queries professionally and promptly
- Assist with onboarding new commercial partners
Compliance and Document Control
- Ensure documentation complies with internal policies and audit requirements
- Help review and update commercial policies and procedures
- Track contract expiry dates and renewal needs
What we need from you:
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally within a commercial or business support environment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working with databases/spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet multiple deadlines
