The primary responsibility of the Commercial Allocation Supervisor is to efficiently manage driver allocation for contracts, rail replacement services, and events across multiple depots.
Key Responsibilities
- Work Allocation Use the Duty Allocation System (DAS) to build and allocate work schedules, ensuring coverage for all contracts, rail replacements, and
- Training Management Schedule training sessions, monitor compliance, and maintain training
- Absence Reporting Document and communicate driver absences, maintaining operational
- Driver Queries Management Handle driver queries and concerns via a dedicated phone
- Collaboration with Planning Team Work closely with the planning team to optimise driver resources and meet operational demands.
- Event Coordination Oversee driver allocation for special events, coordinating with event organizers to meet specific requirements.
Special Working Conditions
- Flexibility to adapt to a 24/7 operational
- Demonstrate flexibility being fully available to work various shift patterns, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Primarily the role will be based at Sydenham, with the possibility of working at various operational sites across the Go-Ahead London network as required.
