What You’ll Do
- Analyse key performance metrics like sales, conversion, transaction values, and stock levels to uncover trends and drive insights.
- Deliver actionable recommendations by identifying growth opportunities and performance risks.
- Present findings clearly to cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions.
- Support trials and new initiatives with data-driven evaluations of their impact.
- Collaborate in an agile environment, integrating analytics into regular delivery cycles.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years’ experience in commercial analysis, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-focused setting.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Proficiency in BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar), with a portfolio of engaging dashboards.
- Advanced Excel skills and solid understanding of commercial KPIs.
- Skilled at turning complex data into clear, business-ready insights.
- Confident working cross-functionally and communicating with stakeholders.
