Our European Paulig PRO team spans ten northern and central European OOH markets, forming a highly international team recognised for collaboration, best practice sharing, and big growth potential. It is a team of passionate experts on taste, providing trusted brands and solutions to professionals in food service.
The Role
As Commercial Director for Paulig PRO, you will shape and lead Paulig’s OOH strategy across Europe. You will guide an international commercial organisation, driving growth in our key Foods categories – Tex Mex, World food, and Spices – and supporting our strong coffee solutions business in Finland and the Baltics.
You will together with the team develop and execute high impact business plans, based on deep market and customer insights and a clear vision. and allocate resources effectively based on market opportunities and customer needs. With food service customers spanning restaurants, fast food, convenience, hotels, public sector, and workplace solutions (in selected markets), this is a highly diverse and dynamic environment.
