Commercial Disputes (5PQE+), Top UK Firm

An award-winning, international law firm is seeking a Managing Associate to join their highly-regarded Commercial Disputes practice in London. The team is recognised as a market leader across the UK and internationally, acting on high-value, complex matters for blue-chip companies, public sector bodies and HNWIs.

You will work on multi-jurisdictional cases spanning across sectors such as retail, transport, energy, technology, healthcare and financial services on a broad range of disputes and investigations. As a managing associate, you will take a senior role in case strategy, client relationship management and business development with the added responsibility of exploring the use of AI and emerging technologies to enhance client service.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation and/or arbitration.
• Strong technical skills, commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Proven track record in managing high-value, complex disputes.
• Ambitious, proactive and collaborative with excellent client-facing skills.
