The Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our Service Planning team as a Junior Commercial Finance Analyst. This is a fantastic career opportunity in the field of Commercial Finance in one of the world’s most popular consumer electronics brands. Our Sales Finance team is responsible for managing the commercial rebates and terms processes. As a Junior Commercial Finance Analyst, you will assume responsibilities for managing the end to end customer rebates process including customer contract management, month-end rebate provision calculation and verifications of payment claims. In addition, you will administer in-depth sales reporting, analysis and other tasks on ad-hoc basis.

Your Role & Responsibilities

• Manage the end to end customer rebates process including proposal, approvals and contracts
• Business Partnering with sales teams on the customer rebates process
• Responsible for processing claim payments
• Ad-hoc sales reporting, analysis and other tasks as requested
• Ensure adherence to corporate processes
• Support developing a ROI analysis process incorporating quantitative measures

KPIs:

• Prevention of missing contract
• Management of payment claim balance
• Regular sales analysis reporting

Skills, Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, finance or relevant discipline
• 1 - 5 years experience in financial operation or commercial finance, from consumer-facing industries
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong knowledge in information systems and business intelligence
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working with all levels and all functions within the organization
• A creative mindset with relentless curiosity
• Good ability to develop and deliver presentations
