About the role

As a Commercial Finance Graduate, you’ll work closely with the Head of Commercial Finance and the wider team to deliver insightful analysis and support key financial processes. This is more than just a numbers role - you’ll help shape the future of our global business through budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

What you'll be doing

• Deliver monthly reports on Operating and Capital Expenditure.
• Assist with ad-hoc analysis for the Head of Commercial Finance.
• Support the Sales Commission Scheme with data and query management.
• Contribute to the annual budget and biannual forecasts, offering respectful challenge.
• Help refresh JATO’s 3-Year Strategic Plan with analytical input.
• Collaborate with Commercial Finance Business Partners on various projects.

What you'll bring

• A strong academic background with a University degree (Finance, Economics, Business, or related field),
• A foundational understanding of management accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and navigate ambiguity.
