Commercial Finance Manager

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining financial models to forecast performance and analyse business scenarios
• Leading the annual budgeting process and managing monthly forecasting
• Analysing KPIs and commercial data to drive strategic decisions
• Building dashboards and presenting insights to senior leadership
• Maintaining and cleaning financial datasets to ensure data integrity
• Collaborating on grant applications, year-end accounts, and general finance operations

We're looking for someone with:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a high-growth company
• Proven ability to model, analyse, and present commercial and financial metrics
• Strong understanding of financial statements and how finance drives business decisions
• A proactive mindset, creative problem-solving skills, and curiosity
• Flexibility and a hands-on approach to ad-hoc finance tasks
