Commercial Finance Manager | PE backed SaaS | £70,000 - £80,000 + bonus & benefits

As the Commercial Finance Manager, you will act as a bridge between financial data and executive action. You will work directly with the CEO, CFO, and Executive Team to design, model, and implement the overarching business strategy. This is a rare chance to have a seat at the table during a critical phase of a company’s evolution.

For this role you will be driving key business decisions to support the companies overall long term 5 year startegy plans. This is an opportunity where you will grow with the business, take on more responsibilities and have the scope for progression as well.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a key advisor to senior stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable strategic insights.
Be the key stakeholder working closely with the sales team, deep diving into insights making actionable improvements to the sales process improving margins.
Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support decision-making, forecasting, and long-term planning.
Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimise internal "ways of working" and drive operational efficiencies.

Present strategy and financial performance to both internal executive teams and external PE investors.

Don't just design the strategy—own the rollout. You will be responsible for ensuring strategic goals are met across the organisation.

What We Are Looking For

You must be comfortable challenging and influencing C-suite stakeholders.
Exceptional financial modelling skills are a prerequisite.
You enjoy "getting under the hood" of a business to understand what drives value.
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, or PE-backed environment is highly desirable.
A track record of identifying areas for improvement and taking the lead on change.
High-energy, collaborative, and growth-oriented.
Modern hybrid model (3 days per week in their Central London office).
A role with high visibility where your work directly contributes to the company's valuation and success.
Have a good understanding of SaaS metrics and have worked in a SaaS environment previously.
