Commercial FP&A Seeking High Performing Chartered Accountant from practice - £65k-£80k

Key Responsibilities

Act as a commercial finance partner to key business units, supporting strategic initiatives, product launches, and growth decisions
Deliver high-quality financial analysis, insight, and commentary to support performance management and decision-making
Support budgeting, forecasting, and medium-term planning cycles, working closely with senior FP&A stakeholders

Build and enhance financial models to evaluate profitability, pricing, and investment cases

Provide insightful variance analysis and identify risks, opportunities, and performance drivers

Partner with non-finance stakeholders across product, operations, and technology to influence outcomes

Prepare clear, concise management packs and presentations for senior leadership and executive forums

Continuously improve reporting, controls, and processes in a fast-paced, digital environment

About You

Newly qualified ACA qualified with up to 5 years post qualification experience , with a strong academic background
Trained in Big 4 or Top 20 audit, with a clear financial services focus (banking, FS, fintech, or payments)
Commercially minded with a genuine interest in FP&A and strategic finance
Confident communicator with the gravitas to challenge and influence senior stakeholders
Highly ambitious, proactive, and eager to progress into an FP&A Manager role in the short to medium term
Thrives in a dynamic, high-growth, challenger environment
