This is an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our sales growth, using analytical tools and strategic thinking to support the development of our pipeline and enable our Sales and Marketing teams to win new business.

What You’ll Do:

Turning Insight into Action

• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities and risks.
• Deliver concise briefings and recommendations to inform pursuit strategies.
• Support action plans that enhance our position on key opportunities.

Pipeline Development and Reporting

• Track and monitor pipeline activity, highlighting key trends and risks.
• Create dashboards and visualisations using Power BI and other tools.
• Identify gaps or bottlenecks and propose improvements to boost performance.

Supporting Win Plans and Engagement Strategies

• Contribute to win plans for strategic tenders and high-value opportunities.
• Help coordinate client engagement activities and monitor progress.
• Ensure plans are aligned with evolving customer priorities.

Enabling Campaigns and Messaging

• Partner with Marketing to develop tailored campaigns and messaging.
• Support the preparation of compelling materials that differentiate ISS.

Continuous Improvement

• Analyse pursuit outcomes and share insights across the team.
• Recommend enhancements to tools, processes, and reporting.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data visualisation tools such as Power BI.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey insights clearly.
• A proactive, curious mindset with a drive to learn and improve.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across functions.
