Commercial IT/Technology (3PQE+), International Law Firm

Hydrogen is currently working with a top international law firm who are looking for a Commercial & Technology Lawyer to join it's highly ranked practice. The team are consistently recognised as a market leader in IT, outsourcing and complex technology projects.

The role is ideal for a commercially focused lawyer with experience in technology contracting, digital transformation, outsourcing and SaaS/cloud arrangements. You'll get the opportunity to work with a large and varied client base including banks, FTSE 100s, global tech giants, and fast-scaling fintechs.

The work will include:

• Advising on large-scale IT and business process outsourcing deals.
• Leading on SaaS/cloud contracts, licensing, infrastructure and services agreements.
• Supporting clients through technology-enabled transformation across regulated sectors.

Key Requirements:

• 3+ year's PQE with experience in commercial/technology law.
• Hands-on knowledge of IT outsourcing, licensing and infrastructure agreements.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to lead or co-lead transactions.
• Exposure to regulated sectors and relevant frameworks are an additional bonus.
