Commercial Lawyer - 12 month FTC
Our client is an innovative law firm, based in London, dedicated to servicing entrepreneurial clients including start-ups and SMEs. They pride themselves on their ‘people first’ approach and their recently obtained B-Corp status. The firm is currently looking to secure an experienced commercial Lawyer with upwards of 8 years’ PQE, for a 12 month FTC. Whilst the contract is initially for a 12-month period, there is potential for further extension or permanency.
The successful commercial Lawyer can expect to advise clients on a range of term of business, technology contracts, supplier contracts, software development contracts, licensing and SaaS contracts, marketing and influencer agreements and agency, distribution, franchising and licensing agreements. Clients will include entrepreneurs, start-ups, founders and management teams across a range of industries to include the likes of technology, hospitality, fitness and leisure, to name a few. The successful individual will also take on a supervisory role for more junior members within the team – therefore prior experience in mentoring or supervising junior team members is highly desirable. An interest in being involved in business development initiatives will also be highly desirable.
