Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Lawyer located in Greater London. The Commercial Lawyer will handle a variety of legal tasks including drafting and reviewing of commercial contracts, providing general legal advice and ensuring compliance with regulations. You will be a team player with a “can-do” attitude, great at working with multiple stakeholders across a number of regions, including UK, US, Portugal, France, Netherlands, Nordics.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Law of E&W and Commercial Contracts
• Experience in addressing legal issues and providing timely and pragmatic legal advice
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a hybrid work environment
• Driven and self motivated
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field; qualified Solicitor or Barrister
