We’re looking for a strategic, commercially minded operator to take full ownership of our customer lifetime value (LTV) performance.
This is a high-impact, standalone role you’ll be the business’s go-to expert on retention, reactivation, and customer monetisation, driving measurable improvements in revenue and margin across our subscriber base.
You’ll have a unique opportunity to work across marketing, digital product, data, physical product and CRM to build and execute initiatives that keep our customers engaged, delighted, and spending more over time. From optimising our plans, discounts and reward programmes to launching new commercial tests and identifying opportunities in our customer journey, you’ll directly shape the future growth of Butternut.
