Ready to take charge of high‑value construction projects and shape the success of major long‑term contracts? We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Lead to join our Capital Programme team and drive excellence across contract management, commercial performance, and stakeholder engagement.

In this influential role, you’ll:

✨ Lead commercial delivery on a portfolio of construction projects

✨ Guide contract set‑up, pricing, change control, dispute resolution & scope management

✨ Partner closely with Project Managers, Planners, Designers and senior stakeholders

✨ Provide quantity surveying expertise and ensure compliance to standards

✨ Produce insightful commercial reporting and identify risks & opportunities

👤 About you:

You’ll bring strong quantity surveying experience, confidence managing complex contracts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels. Degree-qualified or equivalent experience; professional membership (RICS/CIOB/ICES) is a bonus.
