Role Overview
We need an entrepreneurial, mid-level commercial operator who can go deep in our partner-led, go-to-market strategy and is comfortable pitching mid-market to enterprise brands.
You’ll join as Commercial Lead, reporting to the Managing Director, and play a pivotal role in converting opportunities into dream clients. This is a high-impact role sitting at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and brand fit. Working closely with the Growth Lead, Ops, and Delivery teams to ensure our pipeline is healthy, our pitch output is sharp, and our projects are profitable from day one.
This is for someone with grit, clarity, and commercial instinct. You’ll be the voice of the agency in early conversations—qualifying leads, owning proposals, and helping us build smarter, more selective client relationships.

Commercially Sharp
You’re confident in negotiations, numbers, and navigating margin. Someone who how to close high-value service deals.
Proven Closer
You’ve consistently taken mid-market to enterprise clients from intro to signed contract, navigating complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders. You’re confident leading pitches, managing objections, and hitting commercial targets quarter after quarter.
Shopify Expert
You know the Shopify ecosystem or have worked in a fast-paced ecom agency. You understand the typical sales cycles and likely conversations.
Strategic Operator
You don’t need handholding. You’re comfortable building relationships, managing your own pipeline, and collaborating with delivery and marketing teams without silos.
Outcome-Obsessed
You measure success in revenue, fit, and commercial performance, not vanity metrics or volume.
