Salary: £70,000 – £75,000 dependant on experience

market expert — not just reacting to trends but anticipating them. You’ll set the commercial strategy, own the plan and bring together teams across pricing, digital, operations and marketing to make it happen.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of revenue performance across a portfolio of ~120 UK hotels.
- Set and execute a commercial strategy that maximises volume, revenue and contribution.
- Monitor market trends, demand signals, competitor activity and external data — including news and macroeconomic shifts — to inform decisions.
- Build and manage a prioritised backlog of strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Use advanced Excel (no macros needed) and Tableau to distil complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Make fast, confident decisions based on data — and communicate them clearly to stakeholders.
- Act as the connector across multiple teams, ensuring alignment and accountability from strategy to execution.

- Experience managing performance across multiple sites or markets.
- Strong analytical skills — able to interpret data, spot trends and make decisions quickly.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills — you’ll be the glue that brings teams together.
- A solid understanding of dynamic pricing, perishable inventory, digital acquisition and e-commerce.
- Confidence in presenting complex strategies and challenging thinking at all levels.
