Commercial Litigation (3-4 PQE), Boutique Law Firm

An elite boutique disputes practice is seeking a talented associate to join their London office. Recognised as one of the strongest boutique firms in the UK, they regularly act on some of the most significant cases in the market - often pitted against the largest City and US firms.

The Role Includes:

• Working on complex, high-value disputes including civil fraud, shareholder litigation, financial services claims and contractual breaches.
• Acting in High Court proceedings and international arbitrations for corporates, investment firms and tech clients.
• Opportunities to contribute to major cases involving freezing orders, multi-jurisdictional asset recovery and cryptocurrency disputes.
• Supporting partners on litigation strategy, advocacy and business development in a collaborative and hands-on environment.

Key Requirements:

• 3-4 years PQE in commercial disputes, although candidates outside this will be considered on their merits.
• Strong experience in High Court disputes, ideally with exposure to fraud, financial and cross-border matters.
• Excellent written advocacy and legal analysis skills.
• A self-starter who thrives in lean teams and values direct client engagement.
