What You'll Do:
- Advise on property acquisitions, disposals, commercial leases, licences, and landlord/tenant matters
- Handle real estate transactions for developers, investors, lenders, landlords, and tenants
- Support business development, leveraging your network to expand the firm's client portfolio
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to firm-wide initiatives
- Provide strategic guidance on diverse property types, including offices, retail, leisure, and industrial
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified solicitor with 4+ years PQE in commercial property law
- Proven expertise in acquisitions, disposals, leases, and landlord/tenant issues
- Strong client relationship and business development skills with a growing client following
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication abilities
