Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager to lead the commercial and financial success of projects specialising in energy-saving solutions. This role suits a commercially focused professional with a passion for sustainability and a strong background in the eco sector, specifically targeting local authorities.

What you’ll do:

Lead financial, contractual, and strategic management of projects integrating energy-efficient and low-carbon solutions.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and ROI models for energy-saving investments.
Oversee tendering, procurement, and contract negotiations with a focus on best value and performance.

Collaborate with design and engineering teams to optimise energy performance and cost efficiency.

Manage risk, compliance, and stakeholder relationships across the project lifecycle.
