Commercial Trading Manager

I am working with a global food business who are seeking an experienced Commercial Trading Manager, to lead growth within their Beef & Lamb categories.

This role focuses on imported products from key global markets, managing customer and supplier relationships, driving sales, and leading innovation projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver category growth strategies.
Build strong relationships with UK customers and global suppliers.
Lead NPD projects aligned with consumer trends.
Analyse market data to identify opportunities and risks.
Plan and manage new global supply chains.

About you:

Strong commercial management experience.
Excellent negotiation and stakeholder skills.
Knowledge of UK protein markets (Retail, Wholesale, Foodservice).
Experience with imported beef & lamb supply
