Based at our Filton manufacturing plant you’ll do just that. Reporting to the Commercial Account Manager the Commerical Officer will be a key stakeholder in supporting the commercial teams integrated into the Airbus civil aircraft programmes. You will responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the customer and to provide administrative and reporting support to the Commerical Account Manager.
This role may have some travel requirements traveling to other GKN sites and client business sites.

How You'll Contribute

- Contract management
- Relationship management
- Order book, demend and sales management
- Change management
- Bid and proposal management.
Essential
- Proven experience in customer relationship management, contract management, and demand forecasting
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data related to P&L and budgeting
- Familiarity with commercial proposal writing and business modeling.
- Qualification in business studies or contract law would be preferable.
