We're looking for a Commercial Partnerships Manager - VOID to drive our growth through strategic alliances. In this role, you will identify and analyse potential partners, negotiate terms that uphold our brand integrity, develop and execute partnership agreements, and coordinate communications to ensure all deliverables are met.

Key Accountabilities Of The Role
- Proposition Development: Design and build key propositions for partnerships with void services.
- Influence and Negotiate: Build relationships with key external partners to drive growth.
- Contract Management: Oversee contract negotiation, drafting, and administration, ensuring legal compliance.
- Financial Modelling: Develop financial models to assess commercial viability and profitability.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive initiatives and resolve issues.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs to assess and improve commercial agreements.
- Commercial Strategy: Lead the development of strategies for energy products and services, balancing third-party intermediaries and direct void contracts.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitors and market trends to inform strategy.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Commercial Acumen: Proven experience in commercial management within the energy sector, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and regulatory frameworks.
- Property Management Experience: Experience in managing vacant properties, including lease negotiations, property valuations, and compliance with property laws.[JE1]
- Contract Expertise: Experience in drafting and managing complex contracts, including service agreements.
- Financial Proficiency: Strong financial modelling skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data to support commercial decisions.
- Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
