About The Team
The
Commercial Performance team sits within our Commercial function and plays a key role in understanding and improving tombola’s performance across our core propositions and marketing activity.
We focus on tracking performance, uncovering the
“why” behind trends, and turning analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that improve decision-making and outcomes. Working closely with
Commercial, BI, Finance, CRM and Acquisition teams, we ensure performance reporting is accurate, consistent and genuinely useful.
The role
As a
Commercial Performance Analyst, you’ll support the team by delivering reporting, analysis and insight that helps stakeholders understand what’s happening across the business — and what to do next.
You’ll build strong knowledge of tombola’s products, customers and key commercial metrics, using data to identify opportunities, efficiencies and areas to optimise across the customer journey. You’ll also have exposure to senior stakeholders through regular performance reporting and contribute to insights that shape commercial priorities.
