Looking to step up into a pricing leadership role where complexity, scale and influence come together?

A leading global insurer is expanding its Commercial Lines Pricing team and hiring a Pricing Manager to shape pricing strategy across Energy, Marine & Construction, with visibility across wider Speciality lines. You’ll work directly with senior underwriters on some of the market’s largest accounts, lead bespoke pricing and portfolio analysis, and drive best practices across a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead pricing and portfolio analytics across complex corporate risks, including bespoke case pricing.
Build, enhance and maintain pricing tools in collaboration with underwriting and group actuarial.
Coach and develop junior analysts while driving best practices and technical excellence.
Present performance insights and market trends to senior UK and Group stakeholders.

What You’ll Bring

Qualified actuary or data scientist with strong Commercial Lines / London Market pricing experience.
Advanced technical capability (Python/R, SQL, VBA, MS Office) and strong actuarial judgement.
Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders, influence decisions and lead a team.
