Job Overview
We have got an outstanding opportunity for a senior manager to lead Arm
Commercial Product Operations (CPO) team, you will be accountable for ensuring that
Arm products (IP, software, hardware, tools) are
ready-to-sell part of our end-to-end product lifecycle.
This is a pivotal role blending
leadership with operational agility, and providing the opportunity to define, streamline and influence Arm commercial products to enable Arm outstanding growth! This impactful role requires a
strong operational leader with demonstrable experience in the semiconductor industry and/or hardware product commercialization.
The CPO team is part of the Arm portfolio and product planning (PPP) function, a central team that works across Arm’s entire organization to drive, influence and shape how the business line strategies are turned into reality through the
Reporting to the PPP head, you will lead an impactful team based across the UK and the US, the team setup and manage all type of commercial products for Arm. The candidate will work with the portfolio team and Line of Business to ensure that our products can be sold at the right time. This role will ensure that the CPO team orchestrates the different commercial players (pricing, licensing, trade compliance, legals, ….) while setting up products in our commercial tools and providing insight to Arm sales organization. The job owner will partner with our roadmap and governance owner to define our plans.
Responsibilities
You will drive the day-to-day commercial setup and readiness checks of Arm commercial product activities, while leading and developing a high-performing CPO team across geographies, encouraging an inclusive and purposeful attitude! Some of the key accountabilities are
- Service the business requests to set new commercial products while acting as a trusted partner.
- Implement our team roadmaps and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive operational improvements, standard methodologies and process excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional readiness across SAP/tools, legal, pricing, export control, and supply chain.
- Run our commercial product pipeline and provide reporting, critical metrics, and insights.
- Champion continuous improvement in tools, templates, and operational processes.
The lead will be instrumental in redefining the CPO organisation from a service-focused group into a
center of excellence for commercial products.
Required Skills And Experience
The ideal candidate shall bring semiconductor and hardware product knowledge, with hands-on commercial setup in SAP or similar systems. Part of an ambitious team you shall also thrive in navigating matrixed global environments to deliver results. Some key experiences
- Proven experience in semiconductor operations or hardware product commercialization in OEM/ODM
- Proven experience in managing a distributed team in a global technology environment.
- Deep knowledge of product setup, lifecycle management, and sales enablement frameworks.
- Expertise with SAP or equivalent ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong stakeholder management, cross-functional leadership, and communication skills.
