About The Role
The Commercial Programme Manager will lead and coordinate complex, cross-functional programmes that drive strategic commercial outcomes. This role is ideal for a commercially minded leader with a strong background in programme delivery, stakeholder engagement, and business transformation. You will oversee multiple interrelated projects, ensuring alignment with Addison Lee's commercial strategy and long-term goals.

Requirements
Main Accountabilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and governance of high-impact commercial programmes across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations
- Define programme and project scope, objectives, and success metrics in collaboration with executive sponsors
- Manage interdependencies between projects, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and resource availability
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels of the business, including C-suite
- Identify and mitigate risks, manage escalations, and ensure timely delivery of programme milestones
- Champion continuous improvement and standardisation of programme and project management practices across the commercial function
- Ability to report on the status of all Programmes and underlying Projects, including timelines, risks and dependencies to senior stakeholders (internal & external) including C-suite
- Take full ownership of the delivery of qualified and approved business transformation projects that drive cost and operational efficiencies against the company's strategic plan
- Actively define and drive change management initiatives including process definition and re-engineering to support deliverables, and training out any changes
- Contribute to the creation and adoption of standard delivery methods and project management methods within the firm, always with the focus on preserving agility of teams and empowering them to realise change quickly
- Ensure project requirements, plans, designs, deliverables, test cases, milestones and dependencies are documented, defined, communicated as appropriate and fulfilled or met
- Manage and maintain the Commercial Sales governance process for the qualification and allocation of workloads to relevant business functions
- Contribute to the maintenance of a dashboard of all active and potential Projects ensuring alignment across all business functions
About You
- Proven experience in leading complex and nuanced commercial or transformation programmes in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing at senior levels
- Proficiency in programme, project and portfolio management methodologies (e.g., MSP, Prince2, Agile at Scale, SAFe)
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity across complex initiatives
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a passion for delivering measurable business value
- A self-motivated problem-solver able to evidence the ability to problem solve, analyse and re-engineer process, evidence of managing change into business
- Customer champion committed to putting the customer at the centre of their work
- Experience in working with and/or deploying key commercial platforms such as CRM and ERP
- Experience in the Office 365 suite of products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), SharePoint, Teams & Project Management productivity tools
