Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of tenancy management, from rent collection to service charge budgeting.
- Handle new leases, renewals, and rent reviews with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Build strong working relationships with clients, tenants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Take ownership of service charge budgets and ensure accurate, timely reporting.
- Confidently manage client accounts and provide strategic property advice.
Ideal Candidate
- MRICS qualified, or close to completing qualification.
- Proven track record in commercial property management, with a strong grasp of Landlord & Tenant acts.
- Self-motivated, organised, and capable of working independently.
- Skilled communicator with the ability to maintain positive, productive relationships.
