Commercial Property Manager, Central London
West End Property Company
Based in London
- Accountable for a brilliant West End commercial portfolio, of offices with additional retail
- Manage lease enforcement action to ensure timely rent collection, obligation performance, rent collection and tight financial management/recovery of costs.
- Able to budget, implement, manage and reconcile service charges.
- Contribute to team meetings as/where appropriate whilst continually seeking to collaborate and develop new strategies for the assets to drive income, reduce cost through efficiency,
- Assist with mentoring junior team members.
- Seek to improve customer experience throughout their experience.
- Promote the relationship with service partners (agents, sols, contractors) and ensure optimum performance.
Knowledge, experience and skills:
- Ideally MRICS
- Established commercial Property Management experience
- Excellent customer service, build relationships with suppliers and coordinate numerous activities.
- Experience with mixed use, multi-let/occupied buildings.
- An appreciation of net zero, sustainability and ESG.
- An appreciation of H&S requirements.
