Description

Advise clients on commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
Draft and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, and agreements.
Conduct due diligence on property titles and related matters.
Provide legal support for property development projects.
Negotiate terms with clients and third parties effectively.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Manage a portfolio of clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

Profile

A successful Commercial Property Solicitor should have:

Qualified as a solicitor in Scotland with between 1 and 5 years pqe
