Overview:

Stanton House is partnering with a private equity backed information services business to recruit a Commissions Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join an ambitious £100m plus PE-backed business, collaborating with a high-performing teams and building relationships across divisions. In the role you will be responsible for the management and improvement of commissions schemes across the business and wider group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure that commissions payments are delivered in an accurate and timely manor.
• Establishing new schemes and integrating schemes from acquisitions.
• Serve as the primary contact for all commission-related inquiries.
• Continuously evaluate and refine commission schemes to ensure they deliver optimal business outcomes
• Support on system improvements and automation of commission reporting
• Contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities by providing accurate commission cost estimates
• Maintain adherence to company policies and relevant financial regulations.
• Oversee the administration and accuracy of royalty payments.
• Partner with finance teams to ensure accurate cost allocation and recognition.
• Manage one direct report

Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Experience with commissions systems and integration - Salesforce, Spiff and Clari
• Interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with the sales teams, whilst holding them to account
• Excel modelling and commissions reporting
• SaaS/reccurring revenue models
• Experience setting and consistently meeting deadlines
• Ability to manage people
• Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
