Overview

The Communications Business Partner is responsible for creating and delivering internal communications that tell the story of what the organisation is doing, where it's going, and why it matters. This role is primarily focused on internal communications (80%), with 20% supporting external communications work. You'll sit across the business ensuring everyone knows what's happening and feels connected to the strategy and progress being made. You will be partnering a key member of the C suite.

Key responsibilities:

Embed yourself within the organisation to build a deep understanding of key initiatives, priorities, and stakeholders

Help to develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy covering:

• Organisational vision, strategy, and priorities
• Executive visibility and leadership communications through townhalls, email briefings, and internal channels
• Progress reporting on key initiatives and strategic priorities
• Monthly internal newsletter

Build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation to identify and amplify key stories and messages

Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leaders to enhance their visibility and message effectiveness

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, coordinated messaging across the business

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of internal communications, using feedback and insights to continuously improve message delivery and engagement

Skills and experienced needed:

Global experience

Experience in internal communications - business partnering senior stakeholders

Experience in media/sports desirable
