Communications & Media Executive

We have a new opportunity to be part of our Communications team in the role of Communications & Media Executive.

As our Communications & Media Executive, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient press office function within the motorsport communications team. Supporting the Senior Communications & Media Officers, you will contribute to the smooth operation of press activities, media relations, and event support, helping to enhance the visibility and reputation of the Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team.

You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the day-to-day press office function, including managing press release distribution tools, maintaining media databases, and scheduling communications activities.
• Acting as a point of contact for press office inquiries and digital asset requests.
• Creating media reports throughout the Formula One season and for key moments as required.
• Supporting the organization and management of journalists, TV crews, and photographers at AMRTC or on event as needed.
• Attending selected Formula One events as part of the Communications team, managing media requests and programmes as required.
• Producing high-quality written materials, including press releases, briefing documents, and copy for media, guest, and partner-facing materials.
• Assisting the Senior Communications & Media Officers with research and administrative tasks for PR activities and campaigns.

What you will need to be successful in this role:

• Proven experience in a similar PR or Communications role within a fast-paced environment.
• A genuine interest in motorsport and an ability to thrive under pressure.
• Excellent spoken and written English (additional languages are desirable).
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively while working on multiple projects.
• A proactive and reliable approach to tasks.
• A full driving licence is desirable.

This is a full-time office-based role based at our campus in Silverstone, with additional requirement to travel to other locations where necessary.
